  aside from 'affordability' this place is not all to pleasant. Loud neighbors, neighbors that complain about me having 2 (friendly) pitbulls, apartment smelling like cigarettes all the time from people smoking on the stairs. I have also had my apartment and car broken into (over 4.5k in damages) and when I need to call the staff they are never available during the posted times. I work during the staffed hours they have and cannot come in person. Very inconvenient if you are having a problem.

  Terrible. Months after leaving the complex I was charged hundreds of dollars for “repairs”
  
  However, the day the inspection happened I was told I was g2g. No phone call was ever made informing me of the charges. Then it hit collections. Come to find out that’s how I knew I owed them money! Through a credit score. Terrible customer service and it’s recommend that no military families use their properties.
