  If I could give 0 stars I would. Went in for same day pick up on business cards for an affiliated orgainization. Told the lady I needed them by today or tomorrow, she said of course we can do that. We got the card I wanted, I paid, and she said they should be done soon. The lady calls me 2 hours later and says they're 7-10 business days out from shipping those to me!! Knowing I needed them soon. Asked for a refund because I was unhappy and they said that's not possible and I would need to pay FOR THEIR MISTAKE. I will never shop at office max and turn everyone I know away from this business.
